TRAINING COURSES are done in the Cumbria / Northumberland area by Helen Wilkins.
Helen has been teaching alternative therapies for over 20 years as well as giving several radio appearances and published articles on the topic.
Class sizes are limited to 4-6 people to ensure individual attention, so please contact us to reserve your place.
Refreshments are provided, however, lunch is not. It is requested your bring your own packed lunches as local resources are limited.
ONSITE TRAINING can also be provided if you have a group of people wishing to be trained or if bespoke training is required.
Due to demand throughout the year, further courses may be provided which are not advertised. Please contact us if any of these dates are not suitable. Training can also be arranged during weekdays.
